    Very
    hard-to-find old early VIRGINIA auto decal from the 1950s or 60s era (?) -- could have even been made before that, not sure...showing a cartoon graphic of a soldier with white beard, a sword, and flag. In unused condition with light storage wear and imperfections like some discoloration, etc. Looks like it might be a temporary tattoo style decal that requires application to adhere to a surface; not 100% sure. Selling as-is. Historical interest. Rare find; see pics!
