You are bidding on an Original Color 11x14 Lobby Card from the 1949 American Release of SHE WORE A YELLOW RIBBON starring John Wayne, John Agar and the lovely Joanne Dru (pictured here)! This is a genuine Lobby Card, and NOT a reproduction of any kind!
This Lobby Card features a shot of John Wayne and Joanne Dru talking about "being Army enough"!
The obvious problem with the Lobby Card is the piece of missing paper in the upper center, where a large piece of brown tape was put
(see the closer photos). Obviously, the brown tape can be gotten off, but the missing paper would have to be restored (you can see the outline of the V-shaped missing piece under the brown tape - much smaller than the brown tape used to cover it). Not great, but not as bad as it could be. So, if you have access to a person who can float off the brown tape and repair the missing piece, than it would be worth it, since the rest of the Lobby Card is in Good Condition.
And we are a non-smoking home, so there won't be any unwelcome odors on any of our items!
