    You’re buying a Used Set of Four Stamps. Scott #4021-24,  Thirty-Nine Cent, 2006 Commemorative Benjamin Franklin Stamps, (Statesman, Scientist, Printer, and Postmaster).
    These stamps are stored in either Glassine Envelopes or in Stock Books in a non-smoking home. I am in the process of getting rid of the extra stamps that have accumulated (and still are accumulating) in my forty plus years of stamp collecting. However, I am no expert!
