    You’re buying a Used Set of Fifteen Stamps, Scott #3183 A-O, Thirty-Two Cent, 1998 Commemorative Souvenir Sheet Singles of Celebrate the Century-1910's (America Looks Beyond It's Borders) Stamps.
    These stamps are stored in either Glassine Envelopes or Stock Books in a non-smoking home. I am in the process of getting rid of the extra stamps that have accumulated (and still are accumulating) in my forty plus years of stamp collecting. However, I am no expert!
