You’re buying a Used Set of 15 Commemorative Stamps. Scott #1124-38, Four and Eight Cent 1959 Commemorative Stamps. These are Very Nice Sets!  The Cancels will Vary!  No Rips, Tears, Major Creases or Thins! The stamps are used however, and some of the stamps in the sets might have some minor flaws, such as wrinkles or minor creases!  Thanks for Looking!
These stamps are stored in either Glassine Envelopes or in Stock Books in a non-smoking home. I am in the process of getting rid of the extra stamps that have accumulated (and still are accumulating) in my forty plus years of stamp collecting. However, I am no expert!
