    Great Britain souvenir book. for the twentieth Congress of the UPU. Universal Postal Union. 1989. 255 stamps and two souvenir sheets. Mint. 25+ pages of stamps. I cannot show all of the stamps as there is only 12 pictures that can be listed on E-Bay. I had the pleasure to be a guide for the Post Office in Washington, DC from November 13 thru December 14, 1989. A meany United Nation with all the country of the world represented to participate on postal manner. There are some high value stamps in the book. Probably selling too cheap. Your gain my lost.
