in collaboration with British Deaf Association
stamp issued on March 25, 1981
the handshapes spell "DEAF" in British Sign Language (BSL)
the brass frame holds 2 glass panels.
on the back is a summary of sign language, even though focused on American Sign Language (ASL).  nothing related to the actual BSL fingerspelling, which is on the stamp.
sorry that the plastic easel went missing.  you could find a replacement easel at some hobby store.
