Yellow plastic box with translucent 5" ruler in lid.
8" x 2-1/2" x 1" high
Sharpener is translucent yellow plastic & measures 1-1/8" x 1-1/8" x 5/8".  The top opens to remove pencil shavings.
****Very Good -VINTAGE & UNUSED- condition.  There are a few scratches on the decal.  The plastic is scratched & worn from storage.  See pictures.****
